CAV Wine Bar & Kitchen (www.cavwinebar.com) is an urban swank restaurant restaurant featuring more than 200 wine selections from 18 countries. CAV was co-founded and is co-owned by lesbian Pamela Busch, and has recently added gay Executive Chef John Maher, a former sous chef at Aqua who also previously worked at The French Laundry. Before CAV, Pamela Busch created the wine bar Hayes and Vine in 1994. She co-founded CAV in 2005 as a "place where people could enjoy a diverse and interesting wine selection in a casual setting but with great food to match."
